The staff was very friendly. I found that quite nice. The limo service to the pier accommodated up to twelve people. I thought that was great.
I noticed plastic sheeting hung in doorways and taped to carpets. There was no hot water. This seems like a basic need. I hope it gets fixed soon.

My suite was AMAZING. It was a king suite and it was HUGE. The front desk staff had great restaurant recommendations, which i appreciated. Plus, the location proved super convenient for exploring nearby spots. I REALLY loved this place!
Hauling my luggage up the stairs was definitely a workout.

i am grateful for a hotel with the 1920s style. bathroom tile and high quality curtains added to the charm. the lounge was great and i tried a nearby diner.
upon arrival, the hotel asked me for a credit card for a deposit. i am not sure about that. i checked my card, and the hotel attempted to charge the full room rate when i checked in and not the deposit.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Kelly was a great receptionist. The hotel provided convenient access to many nearby restaurants. I found this to be very useful.
I stayed on the 3rd floor, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. My room had minimal furniture. There were also no water or amenities offered to guests.
